June 11, 5:34 p.m., Seward Meridian Pkwy. at Palmdale Dr.: Melissa Ingram, 17, Virginia, was southbound and drove into the ditch and rolled to avoid colliding with the vehicle in front of her when it stopped abruptly. The vehicle in front of Ingram fled.
